How to work for Drill Pipe Double Plug Cement Head
In most operations, a bottom plug is launched before the spacer of cement slurry. The top plug is released form the cement head after the sapcer fluid. Most cement heads can hold both the top and bottom plugs. A manifold incorporated into the cement head assembly allows connection of a fluid circulation line.
What is the structure of the ZSC rotating drill pipe cement head ?
The Bottom has a rotating joint, which is used to rotate casing. The pumpdown plug is installed in the body, and Spiral Pin Assembly is used to stop plug, the indicator shows whether plug pass through the rotating drill pipe cement head.Open lift nipple on top of cement head, install pumpdown plug into cement body.Connect cementing pipeline and slurry pipeline with union.The connection thread of Top lift nipple and body.
